The vision began with our founder, Shanava Saintolien, who launched She M.A.T.H.S. to empower and unite Black women and girls in math and math-related fields. Our mission fosters academic excellence, sisterhood, and innovation, while building a strong pipeline of future leaders in these disciplines. Many girls don’t pursue STEM because of lack of representation, limited access to resources, and societal stereotypes—but by providing mentorship, exposure, and support, we aim to change that.
